To much acclaim, Resonant MindWorks was launched in Feb 2012 with the first content seminar “NLP for Ethical Selling”, held in Melbourne, Australia.

With over 30 years of Sales experience from Retail, Wholesale, IT, Recruitment and the Financial sectors, Peter is now sharing his breadth of experience across many challenging environments with salespeople around the globe. Combining this with his NLP Practitioner training, has since made Peter Natterer a world sought sales trainer in 4 countries.
 

“Over the past 30 years I’ve attended countless Sales Training seminars and ‘how-to’ workshops”, said Peter. “And I always suspected the individual silos of techniques they taught were part of a larger body of work. A few years ago, I realised that to be effective in what I do, I needed to find the source that connected them all together. I found that source in NLP.”
 
Peter reports that the science of NLP is undeniably the best in the world. By modelling excellence and creating repeatable sustainable systems, NLP provides a total understanding of what the customer truly wants: How to get them to the point of sale, and to continue a working trusting relationship with them for many years.
 
“NLP has taken me to a more secure sales future. I no longer feel stressed by sales targets and commission cheques” he said. “I now know I’m going to make the sale 90% of the time, and the sale just takes care of itself.”

In essence, Peter’s two-day seminar “Ethical Selling with NLP” uses the power of NLP and couples it with proven sales formulas. Graduates learn how to use these tools in an ethical manner that virtually guarantees repeat custom over and over, even if you don’t make that first initial sale.

“Most people go for the jugular the moment they get the slightest hint of a sale from a prospect” says Peter.

 
According to Peter, that approach guarantees you will place the customer on edge, and worse still excuses salespeople to be lazy and not to do their homework thoroughly. Peter believes salespeople have to earn the right to make the sale, by who they are and what they choose to do.
 
“It’s not enough to just have the right product. By earning the sale properly in the first place, you establish a respect and rapport that can, and often does, follow you all through your sales career, through all the various companies you might work for, for years to come. It’s THAT powerful.”

It’s not just in Australia that Peter’s work is in demand. Peter has toured Washington, Las Vegas and Los Angeles, and is currently getting interest from Singapore and New Zealand for tours in 2013. His “NLP for Ethical Selling” Program has also been modified for selling to groups - including Network and Multi-Level Marketing businesses, and also addresses Call Centre applications.
