The Happiness Vibe

Everybody wants to be happy, right? What does it take to be happy? It’s hard work to get happy, isn’t it? Why do some people seem happy all the time and not others? Those are the questions that launched me into fascinating explorations and conversations, and then to create a company devoted to popularizing Happiness as a BEING STATE, and clearing up access for everyone who’s interested!

I am a spiritual being and an artist. I've been meditating and making art since I was six years old (for the past nineteen years). I've learned that I am the creator of my own reality and I can be, do, and have everything and anything I want. I've also learned that I want to have the things or experiences I want because I believe that I will be happier in the having of them. So instead of working towards manifesting the things or experiences I believe would make me happier, I chose to be happy here and now through meditation and being optimistic, appreciative, nice, loving, caring, generous, of service, healthy, creative, selective, connected to nature, etc. But the funny thing is that being happy first led me to manifesting my desires, such as vibrant health, extraordinary relationships and excellent academic acheivement, with ease & fun because happiness, it turns out, is the bridge between desire and the manifestation of desire. But even though I have an amazing recipe for having everything and anything I want, all I really want is to be happy and live a peaceful and simple life. Ironic, eh?

Here are 14 steps to feeling happier, healthier, and more fulfill NOW:

1. Be present - meditate at least twenty minutes a day, preferably first thing in the morning.

2. Be optimistic - focus on positive aspects of yourself, your life, and others. Then think and speak of positive aspects. When you wake up, write down positive aspects of yesterday.
